October 30, 2002

Tom Ganey called the meeting to order at 4:10 PM.
Steve Vincent made a motion to approve the minutes of the September 10, 2002 meeting. Jeff Delbel Second. Motion was approved by unanimous consent.
Zone Boundary Revision
Cindy Aikman offered a resolution required to apply a zone boundary revision. (Attached).
There was discussion regarding specific parcels and the board agreed to amend the resolution based on staff recommendations. Board also asked that the resolution further recommend to City Council that the appropriate agreements for sharing in the benefits be in place prior to City Council consideration of the boundary revision.
Steve Vincent made the motion. Second by Jeff Delbel. Motion passed by unanimous consent.
Zone Program Update on November 7, 2002
Cindy said that Zone Board members had received invitations to the session with Kevin McAuliffe on Thursday November 7, 2002. The session is targeted to CPA’s and CFO’s. Close to 50 people have RSVP’d.
Jeff Delbel made a motion to adjourn the meeting and second by Steve Vincent. Motion passed unanimously.
